We run tours with tourists from Christmas to Easter, not before or after!

Important information about your booking:

All bookings are subject to availability, 50 % deposit required at time of booking.

Any bookings made after december 15th for that season will need to be paid in full at the time of booking.

What rules apply if I want to cancel the booking?
You can cancel your booking verbally or in writing.

Your 50% deposit is not refundable unless we manage to rebook the dates.

if we are able to rebook your canceled date, your deposit will be returned to you minus banking charges and a service fee of 100 euro.

The activities included in the programmes on this website are planned and operated subject to the prevailing weather conditions which may change and are beyond our control.
We do how ever try to give you an alternative if we have to shorten or cancel your planned trip due to the weather.
In the event that we can not offer you an activity you wish, it may be in your best interests to take some insurance in case you wish to cancel your flights/trains so you can get your money back.

Since 1998 we have never canceled a tour and have only modified one or two due to the weather
